2. Products & Custom Orders

We specialize in custom laser-engraved products. Due to the personalized nature of our items:

  • All custom and personalized items are final sale.

  • No cancellations are permitted once an order has been placed.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs (if provided) carefully before approval.

  • We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling, dates, layout, or design details.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • Applicable Michigan sales tax will be applied where required by law.

4. Production & Shipping

Production times vary based on order volume and product type. Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed.

Once shipped:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer.

  • The Company is not responsible for carrier delays.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The buyer is responsible for any incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

Custom Orders

All custom items are final sale except in cases of manufacturing defects caused by us.

Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective due to our error:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photo evidence may be required.

  • We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Cancellations

All sales are final.
We do not allow order cancellations under any circumstances once an order is placed.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, product listings, and website content are the property of Frickin’ Laser Beamsand may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Customers submitting logos or artwork represent that they own the rights to use that material. We are not liable for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-submitted designs.

To the fullest extent permitted under Michigan law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

  • We are not responsible for misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear of products.
